Since Palworld 1.0, Shadowbeak only comes from Shadowbeak + Shadowbeak. If you remember breeding one from Kitsun + Astegon in Early Access, that recipe is gone: the 1.0 game files carry only the self-pair, and every other pair that used to reach Shadowbeak now hatches something else. So the honest answer to "how to breed Shadowbeak" is: catch one first, then breed for passives. Shadowbeak carries breeding power 550, but it is flagged as excluded from the maths: it can never be the "nearest Pal" result of an ordinary pair, however close the average lands.
